René Magritte "The Revealing Image"

We were approached by the Latrobe City Council, in conjunction with The Magritte Foundation Belgium, to create and implement a digital marketing strategy to promote the world first exhibition: René Magritte – The Revealing Image Photos and Film. Rather than showcasing the artist's paintings, this exhibition focused on 132 original photos and eight films.

The first component of our digital strategy focused on raising awareness about René Magritte and the exhibition. We felt that as Magritte was not well known outside of artistic circles, it was imperative to establish a connection between his most recognizable work and the exhibition. The second phase involved converting interest to ticket sales. We used several platforms to engage potential patrons and convert this interest into ticket sales.
